Production time
All our jewellery is handmade to order with care and precision. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be crafted, hallmarked, and shipped to you. If you need your item sooner, please contact us at hello@gaylecait.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping costs
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over €100.
- For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €5.99 will apply.
- For orders over €100, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Customs and import fees
For international customers (outside of Ireland and Northern Ireland), please be aware that you may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
