Return and refund policy
Returning an item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewellery, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Resizing
If your ring does not fit, we will resize it for you free of charge. However, we do not cover the cost of return postage for resizing. Once resized, there will be a €6.99 shipping fee to return the item to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Photos of the damage may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
